Hi, I’m Nick Sarno.

Have you ever had your computer slow down or suddenly stop working—only to bring it somewhere and walk out with a massive repair bill? I have been there. That exact frustration is what inspired me to launch Sarno Technology Solutions.

I am Nick Sarno, a passionate IT professional dedicated to making tech support simple, reliable, and affordable. What started in high school as a self-taught journey—building my own gaming PC—quickly turned into a lifelong passion. Over the years, I have helped friends, family, and small businesses across the South Shore solve their technology challenges without the inflated costs or unnecessary stress.

By day, I serve as an IT Systems and Network Engineer for a MSP in Massachusetts, where I manage infrastructure and support operations at scale. Outside of that, I run Sarno Technology Solutions to bring that same level of expertise and care to homes and small businesses in our community.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Information Technology with a concentration in Information Security at SNHU, and I hold professional IT certifications from CompTIA. Whether you are a business in need of consulting or a home user with a tech issue, I bring a personal, honest approach to every job.
