I started Sarno Computer Solutions because I was tired of seeing everyday people and small businesses getting overcharged or overlooked when all they needed was reliable, honest IT support.

Over the years, I’ve helped countless families fix their home computers, clean up viruses, recover lost files, and build systems that just work. I’ve also had the opportunity to help small businesses set up secure networks, install servers, and organize their tech in a way that supports growth—not chaos.

Then life got busy. Not just work busy—life busy. I had my first child, a beautiful baby girl who completely stole my heart, my sleep schedule, and pretty much all my free time. Suddenly, troubleshooting laptops took a backseat to diaper changes, bottle warmups, and learning how to swaddle like a ninja. And honestly? I wouldn’t trade that time for anything.

But even in the middle of that chaos, the demand never stopped. Friends kept calling. Local businesses kept reaching out. And somewhere between baby naps and late-night bottle feeds, I realized:

And with that growth comes a rebrand. Sarno Computer Solutions is now becoming Sarno Technology Solutions—a name that reflects not just computer repair, but full-service IT consulting, secure business networking, server installs, and long-term tech strategy for individuals and businesses alike. Same ownership, same values—just a name that better fits the direction we’re headed.
